MAAS doesn't report CPU frequency per node

Bug Description

I have a cluster of 100+ heterogenous servers, and I'd like to identify the ones that have the highest CPU frequency, because I have a workload that's single threaded and benefits more from faster frequency than more cores. MAAS has this information from LSHW output, but doesn't expose it in a way that let's me search or sort using it.

As of 2.4 MAAS collects the CPU frequency for the node. This information is shown in the node details page or on the API in the cpu_speed field. Keeping this open for now as MAAS doesn't have a way to filter on cpu_freq.
