I have laptop Asus Z99He and internal speaker doesn't work until I enable EAPD through HDA-Analyzer by hand.

A patch to enable EAPD on this ASUS Z99He laptop is included in the upstream 3.18 kernel and the upstream 3.17.7 kernel.

Please test the 3.18.1 mainline kernel available at http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/ and report back here. Instructions on how to install and uninstall it are available at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Kernel/MainlineBuilds

I test this patch with 3.18. It work. Please, add it to 3.13 kernel.
