[Sony VAIO SVT15115CXS] USB 2.0 ports don't work

the 3.0 port works but the other two 2.o doesnt. This ports are ok becasue in wondws 8 they work.

As per http://esupport.sony.com/US/p/model-home.pl?mdl=SVT15115CXS&template_id=1&region_id=1&tab=download#/downloadTab an update to your BIOS is available (R1110D4). If you update to this following https://help.ubuntu.com/community/BIOSUpdate does it change anything? If it doesn't, could you please both specify what happened, and provide the output of the following terminal command:
sudo dmidecode -s bios-version && sudo dmidecode -s bios-release-date
