pserv.log full of "Duplicate ACK for blocknum" errors

I'm having nodes fail to commission, timing out, while this is happening.

I noticed this system was a ppc64el system, based on the initrd/kernel file it retrieved, and that its MAC address (6c:ae:8b:6a:93:c3) didn't show up for any systems enlisted in MAAS.

I have actually seen this before. I believe its just an issue with petitboot on the Power8 machines. I don't know what MAAS can really do to stop this issue.

MAAS could not log every single duplicate ACK right?

We could add that logic to only show once but that would need to be reset if the machine requested the next file. This message also comes from an external library so we would need to either fix it there or monkey patch it. Is this still a issue that needs to be resolved?

python-txtftp's logging is generally too verbose. It's useful in some situations, but more often we just want it to be quiet, or at least allow us to redirect its logs elsewhere.
