Bug Description
We should offer a custom network range in fuelmenu for docker0 bridge because sometimes 172.17.42.1/16 collides with a given user's infrastructure. Adding it to Fuelmenu should be the simplest workaround.
This value will be used in puppet by adding --bip=$range to /etc/sysconfig/

This won't be needed for 6.1 since we're moving to host based networking. If there's a strong case for writing this new feature for older versions, feel free to speak up.
