Bug Description
Case:
There is a bug targets to some project and it has some Priority, Status and user can see it for example in HCF report. Lately this bug was marked as duplicate and during next db update we don't get any info about it (because launchpad doesn't return info about duplicates).
So user will see incorrect information and we will keep now non-actual information in db.
