Problems loading a working Javascript as well as loading youtube videos and so on... Ugggggs

I have read and reread all that pertains and a follow up seems to have me back to the drawing board. As a new user to 10.14 Ubuntu its normal Im sure.

Needs to check that drivers are installed and loaded, ie pepperflashplugin
