Bug Description
We have great new skins, but I believe if users have old skins still installed mixxx 1.12 will use the currently-selected one. I think we should push users toward one of the new skins (maybe based on the naem of the current one, if similar) as a way of introducing them to the new version.
(obviously they can switch back)

Thinks this needs to be done, since they miss out all the nice new features like because the controls are missing in the old 1.11 gui.
