Cirros should report IPv6 connectivity when booting

Bug Description
Cirros currently prints IPv4 information when booting, such as the DHCP solicit, and route information. Cirros should also do the same for IPv6 networking.
Possible commands to run:
ip -6 addr show
Commands that may take time and slow boot
ndp -p
