Bug Description

Cirros currently prints IPv4 information when booting, such as the DHCP solicit, and route information. Cirros should also do the same for IPv6 networking.

Possible commands to run:

ip -6 addr show

Commands that may take time and slow boot

ndp -p

Sean, I've marked this as a duplicate since it perfectly reflects what should and will be done (amongst other things) in #1366326 :) Thanks!
