[ui] Can't add Ceph nodes to vCenter env when Ceph for Glance is chosen

Bug Description

According to this change: https://review.openstack.org/#/c/140317/ Ceph for Glance is available in vCenter env. But at the same time Ceph role is locked on Add Nodes screen due to it's vcenter restriction.
