Encrypted files have no icon and fall back to text file icon

Bug Description

Encrypted files, such as application/pgp-encrypted, currently have the same icon as text files in file browser. That's really confusing.

Ideally encrypted files should have their own icon (that keyhole metaphor for authentication could be of use here).
In the meanwhile, making them look like binary files instead of text files would be an improvement.

Hey Sergey, can you attach one such file so I can test?
