I got this email from Microsoft today:

Because Azure is removing earlier versions of the Storage Service APIs on December 9, 2015, we recommend that you upgrade to the latest version now, and then validate that your applications are continuing to run as expected.

This is a notification that several early versions of the Azure Storage Service APIs are being removed on December 9, 2015. We encourage you to check and validate your applications to ensure that they continue to run after these versions have been removed.
All versions prior to version 2012-02-12 will be removed on December 9, 2015. This includes the following versions:
• 2008 (released prior to GA)
• Version 2009-04-14 (released prior to GA)
• Version 2009-07-17 (released prior to GA)
• Version 2009-09-19 (released prior to GA)
• Version 2011-08-18
The following versions are unaffected and continue to be fully supported:
• Version 2012-02-12
• Version 2013-08-15
• Version 2014-02-14
