Applications Scope vanished

Bug Description
I accidently pressed on the star of the Applications Scope, so it closed.
But since this was my only scope, the screen is now clear. Adding new Scopes (pull from bottom to top) doesn't work.
How do I get the installed applications back on the screen?

After restart the screen is black, a rotating circle on the bottom and the letters Scopes above.
Seems the phone tries to start the Scopes, but it seems running a long time without an end.
