named complains about missing /ecbuilds directory

Bug Description
This is with release 1.20/63
On my control nodes i see the following logged in /var/log/

indeed the directory does not exist.
I created the /ecbuilds/ and changed ownership to "contrail". This made the error go away when i restarted the contrail-dns service.
