unfocused window breadcrumb icons don't lower their opacity

Bug Description
When a files window is unfocused, all the icons and text fade out to a dull gray or a lower opacity of their former selves.
All except the icons in the breadcrumbs bar (See Screenshot attached).
Its bugs me once i'ce noticed it. :P
