There is also a link for the previous version, 1.1.6. This should be changed to 1.1.9, if indeed links to previous versions need to be kept. You could also just link to the launchpad download area.
The latest entry in History is for version 1.18. This is a typo which should be changed to 1.1.8, and info about 1.1.9 and 1.1.10 should be added.
