NSX in HA is failed because of multi-role assignment error

1. create lab from 5.1.1-48 iso
2. create env with configurations and roles:
    centos, ha, qemu, storages by default, nsx plugin.

   - 3 controller+3cinder
   - 1 compute
3.in Settings tab for nsx apply :
NSX_USERNAME= admin
NSX_PASSWORD= admin
NSX_TRANSPORT_ZONE= 0f12c1f7-5605-46b6-aa3f-4bf50bde47e5
L3_SERVICE_UUID= aa153851-bd8e-4852-9772-d98a431849e0
NSX_CONTROLLER_ENDPOINT= 172.16.1.253
URL_TO_NSX_BITS= http://172.18.170.84

4.NSX network -> management ->
untag and set 172.16.1.0/24 on eth2

5.click on deploy button.
6.Check that deploy is failed with reason: 'glance was not installed property'
I've reproduced this bug in configuration:
-3 controllers
-1 compute
-3 ceph-osd
-1 cinder

Somthing wrong in lab configuration, probably NSX NOT reverted to default shpshot.

I've reverted snapshots of nsx, but therefore have this issue. it looks like bug in puppet.

configuration is:
3 controllers
(1 computes+1ceph)x3

failed on compute_cinder node with mac: 94:ef
and on compute_cinder node with mac: b8:64

That is because of applying multiple roles to a one node. Fuel 5.1.1 with NSX may not (and does not in most cases) deploy correctly if "compute" or "controller" role is combined with other roles on one node.
