Bug Description

It sure would be nice if when you installed Glipper, the fact that you need to restart the computer (and the fact that it will be placed on the accessories menu) to get it to work was revealed to the user by the install program !!!

Thanks.

The new Glipper is no longer a panel applet. It is an app indicator which starts up automatically when the user logs on. It is dead simple, so no need for instructions IMO.
