Alarms are not set on manta devices

Bug Description

STEPS:
1. Open the clock app
2. Allow location service
3. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen
4. tap on the plus
5. set an alarm for a few minutes time

EXPECTED:
I expect to see the alarm notification move to the datetime-indicator and the alarm to go off

ACTUAL:
No icon appears in the indicator and no alarms go off.
