cloudserver-aio build installs an extra kernel unnecessarily

Bug Description

The cloudserver-aio build installs linux-image-extra-3.13.0-35-generic if it's not already installed. On current builds a later version is installed, so this is superfluous and causes an unnecessary reboot.
