Bug Description
When services join keystone relation they are provided with admin creds and the username is statically set to the service name e.g. 'glance'. This may present problems for users with existing pre-populated active directories so we should provide an optional prefix that can be appended to these admin usernames to reduce the possibility of conflicts and support more customised names.
