Mixxx crash ASIO4all when starting an other app

Bug Description

On windows vista 32 bit.

Mixxx "1.12.0-alpha" "(git master r4942)
Asio4all 2.11.866

The ASIO4all experience is bad.

It is inteneded according to the ASIO4all doki to get a green tray Icon once Mixxx is started wit ASIO.
But it was not the case. The Green icon apperes after using the unrecomended ASIO4all default settings.

After that Mixxx plays as usual, but Sound interrupts once a waveform is stored.

Mixxx crasches when starting Firefox and display a flash page with sound.

The mixxx.log did not contain information of the crash.

We have changed our manual in a way that it is not recommended to use ASIO4all.
So it is not worth to spend more time for me in investigating this issue.
