Remove redundant/repetitive headers from Port Details

Bug Description
The Port Detail page has a Port Detail header, then a nested Overview tab, then a nested Port Overview header, then a nested Port header.
My proposal would be remove the 3rd and 4th nested headers (Port Overview and Port) as they provide no further information than the Port Detail header and Overview tab.
