Removes port from CalDav url

Bug Description

I am trying to add a CalDav to Maya with a port of 8080 but it removes the :8080 from the url then fails to connect.

Same here with a synology disk station, which by default has it's secure webdav on port 5006.

Same here, also on a synology disk station. This really makes using maya annoying, because on each startup, I have to add the port again.

Same here. If I enter something like "https://mysite.com:1234/me/mycalendar.ics" then, upon saving, Calendar changes it to "https://mysite.com/me/mycalendar.ics" - it appears that the port is determined solely by the "Use a secure connection" checkbox (443 if checked, 80 if not).

Also experiencing this issue.Trying to add a Radicale CalDav which by default uses port 5232.Works fine with Android and Evolution on Ubuntu 14.04.I really like the Maya calendar,so I dont wish to use Evolution on my Elementary laptop.
My system is HP laptop 64-bit running Freya will all updates.
