[Feature] Braswell audio support

Enable audio support for Braswell platform.

Upstream status:
The schedule will be regularly updated in dashboard.
The latest schedule from ww48 dashboard is:
Alpha: ww 47’14 (DONE)
Beta: ww03’15

For audio DSP on Braswell, the patch set are on maintainer's next tree and will be merged into 4.1 kernel
