Bug Description

Hi,
I use Linux Mint Cinnamon 17/Windows 7 Pro.
I have recently installed LM 17 on my Dell 3542 and when I plugin my USB 3.0 flash in my usb 3.0 port it's not recognized.
If I plug it in my other usb 2.0 port it's working properly except the speed.
If I plug my portable HDD (3.0) in my 3.0 port it's working but if I plug it in my 2.0 port, the transferring speed it's higher then on the 3.0 port....
On the same laptop, on Win 7, if I plug both of them on the 3.0 port they are working perfectly at great speed.

For me there is a speed problem with NTFS partitions. Partitions with ext4 works fine (fast enough).
