btrfs completion missing

I'm on 14.04.1, up to date as of today.

There is no btrfs completion functionality in bash_completion, and btrfs has a lot of wordy commands (which can be abbreviated, FWIW).

There are a few community submissions of btrfs bash_completion:

btrfs-tools could ship the contributed completions just as easily, and install them with dh_bash-completion.
