Bug Description

UI uses animated progress bars to show users some processes that occur on environments, nodes, etc. This animation leads to high usage of CPUs (approximately 30-40% on my laptop with the Chrome 39.0.2171.71 (64-bit) browser).

I'm using Chrome Version 39.0.2171.71 (64bit) on Windows 7, on i5-3337U platform.

Fuel Dashboard tab, GPU Process and Browser process consume about 15-20% CPU while deployment in progress.

Added scale tag because more nodes cause more progress bars and bigger CPU time consumption.

Actually, this is caused by the deployment progress bar, node bars are static. I don't really like to remove that animation as the page becomes 100% static. We'll see what is possible to do here

Currently deployment progress bar is not animated, so I think this issue should be considered as fixed

Now we have new interface for 8.0 so this bug is outdated. Move it to 'Fix Released' status.
