Bug Description
When we use neutron+nsx for networking deployment failed with errors
Puppet (err): Could not find a suitable provider for l2_ovs_nsx
Puppet (err): Could not find a suitable provider for neutron_network
Puppet (err): Could not find a suitable provider for neutron_subnet
Puppet (err): Could not find a suitable provider for neutron_router
Puppet (err): Could not find a suitable provider for neutron_
This happens becouse Nicira's openvswitch kernel module wasn't installed.
