Bug Description

When connecting external USB headphones, only headphones speakers appear as an option to output audio, but Microphone only appears internal.

After executing "pulsaudio -k" microphone appears.

Sometimes (could be unrelated) when external HDMI connector the audio HDMI output do not appear. I once solve it Suspending the laptop and bringing it back again, then the correct Audio Output options appear.

After executing: arecord -vv -D plughw:2 -c 1 | aplay -D plughw:2

this is the output:
arecord: main:722: aplay: main:722: audio open error: Device or resource busyaudio open error: Device or resource busy

I assumed it is pulsaudio and not alsa, when submited I think I erased that line since Pulsaudio (with the choose option) shows too many options and I have no clue.
