[Plugins] There is no validation if gluster enpoint is set correctly

Steps to reproduce:
1. Get latest glusterfs plugin
2. Install it on master node
3. Create cluster with 1 controller, 1 compute and 1 cinder
4. Navigate to nailgun and set endpoint to the glusterfs in wrong format (like ip only )
5. Deploy environment
6 .Create volume

Actual result:
Volume hangs in creating state(according it can not scp file to remote fs without mount point)

Expected Result:
We should validate glusterfs enpoint format (like node01:/testvol )to be sure that user set it correctly

Validation can be added as regexp to env config file
