have worked around the problem by using sudo dpkg -i --force-overwrite, but you might nonetheless wish to correct packaging glitch

The file /usr/bin/cdda2ogg belongs to the cdrtools package and not to cdrkit.

For this reason, this is a cdrkir bug. Cdrkit needs to remove the file from it's package.

Although the duplicate attempt to install of the executable *_may_* have been resolved, the problem persists with its manpage.
