Redirect action value should have service chain spec name along with UUID

See the attached screen shots. In any place where the Policy Action details are shown, and the Policy Action type is "redirect" the value should be shown as "service_chain_spec_name:uuid".

I fixed this, probably somewhere code is not updated or something is missing. Please look at the attachment of my screen.
