Bug Description
See the attached screen shot.
1. "No Provided Policy Rule Sets" is shown as an option even when there are Policy Rule Set (PRS) present. It should only be shown when there are actually no PRS.
2. We should not be allowed to select the same Policy Rule Set (PRS) in the provider and the consumer. If it is difficult to dynamically validate when the selection is made, the validation should be at least performed when the "next" button is clicked. The validation should check that there is no overlap between the selected Provided PRS and the Consumed PRS.
