Docs: Action Trigger Cron Examples Granularity Settings Capitalization Fix

Bug Description

The current cron.example file uses lower case granularity settings, but with 2.5, 2.6 and 2.7 new installs, the staff client forces the standard granularity options (Hourly, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly) to start with a capital letter. So using those granularity settings will fail with the example cron file.

I'm working on a branch that fixes that bit. One less thing that someone has to figure out when doing a new install.

I'm also fixing the fact that the current cron.example assumes that running --run-pending with no granularity set will run all pending events, even those with granularity. That changed a while back. So each line that uses a granularity setting should also --run-pending.
