[Lenovo T440s] Accelerometer is not working on 14.04.1

Base on the Hardware Maintaince Manual [1] provided by Lenovo,
"The system board has an accelerometer, which can be broken when several thousands of G-forces are applied."

However, the acceleormeter cannot be detected on this system with 14.04.1
