Bug Description

Hi,

 Coud you please help me in resolve the issue. I am getting below error when i tried to run the below command.

[root@controller log]# rabbitmqctl change_password guest redhat
Changing password for user "guest" ...
Error: unable to connect to node rabbit@controller: nodedown

DIAGNOSTICS

nodes in question: [rabbit@controller]

hosts, their running nodes and ports:
- controller: [{rabbitmqctl14770,38514}]

current node details:
- node name: rabbitmqctl14770@controller
- home dir: /var/lib/rabbitmq
