Bug Description
I'm fairly sure I broke this with the AutoDJ refactor.
But what was it doing in the first place? It looks like when a track is too short we updated the transition time spinbox to show the true transition time.
I think this was broken in the first place if you had multiple short tracks in a row.
Does anyone object to removing updating the spinbox with the true transition time?

This seems like a place where we should just do something sane and not bother the user with the detail. The "duration / 2" thing seems fine.
