Binary package hint: wget

Current released versions of wget ignore HTTP Content-Disposition headers, which would give nicer filenames for output. See also https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?func=detailitem&item_id=20413

Basic support for Content-Disposition now exists in the latest upstream release of Wget, 1.11.

I think this can be set to fix release since 1.11 is now in intrepid.
