Bug Description

Trying to use Barbican resources in master fails with "AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'KeystoneAuthV2'". It looks like compatibility was broken (again) in https://github.com/openstack/python-barbicanclient/commit/ddec180c419132589fac4d689ec1904b1b698f24
