Auto DJ doesn't sync phase with sync/quantize active

This is probably because it's calling play->set(1) manually, which doesn't trigger the master sync signal connections.

ADJ uses a COT so it's not blocking the play changed signals that would queue a sync.

Quantize is turning off when the track loaded -- probably because it doesn't have a beatgrid. Dupe of Bug #1321379 if that's the case.

the tracks in question definitely have beatgrids. I'll sprinkle some debugs around and see what happens

I am a dumbass, I had been turning on keylock, not quantize. It works
