nvidia-331-uvm 331.89-0ubuntu5: nvidia-331-uvm kernel module failed to build

This bug is like https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1268257, but for a new version of nvidia-331-uvm. I just ran the software updater, and got a dialog box asking me if I wanted to report this error. I can't recall more of what the dialog box said.

I'm on:
