cordova build --device should not build a desktop package as well

When asking for a device build, cordova also tries to generate a desktop build as well. This is a bit confusing. It should only build for the specified target, like 'cordova run' does.

dbarth@thinkpad:~/devel/vivid/test-app$ cordova build --device

In order to build debian package, execute:
cd /home/dbarth/devel/vivid/test-app/platforms/ubuntu/native/io.cordova.hellocordova; debuild
