remove current flavor from resize instance, database

The current flavor is kept in the list of options for resize instance and resize database instance. It would be better to remove the current flavor from the list of options.

    Filter current flavor in resize instance/database

    Removed the validation that checks if the new flavor selected
    is the same as the old flavor, this case now will never happen
    since the current flavor is removed from the choices.
