Bug Description
In this patch https:/
there is code in contrib/
that checks whether the SOLUM_IMAGE_FORMAT is 'vm', and if so, installs docker registry and starts it in a screen session.
The purpose of this docker registry is to be the place where a DU will be uploaded by the build-app script.
However, on my devstack installations, the docker registry does not seem to start. I have to manually start it.
