Mark the NSX feature as Experimental

Due to lack of testing resources and some critical bugs found just before HCF it's better to move the whole NSX feature (KVM + NSX and vCenter + NSX) to the Experimental mode.
Impact: MOS 5.1.1 and MOS 6.0

Also, we have to warn a user that:
* NSX + Ubuntu in MOS 6.0 wasn't tested at all due to absent of compatible version of NSX-OVS packages with modern Linux kernel 3.11.
* We tested MOS 5.1.1 and MOS 6.0 with NSX components version 4.0.1 and NSX-OVS packages version 2.0.0b30176.

It should be mentioned in docs for both MOS 5.1.1 and MOS 6.0:
* the whole NSX feature becomes Experimental.
* Ubuntu NSX-OVS package version 2.0.0b30176, that we have, doesn't work with Linux kernel 3.11 which we ship in both MOS versions. It means we totally cannot guarantee that our Puppet manifest would work with different version on NSX-OVS package.
* As a test bed we use NSX components version 4.0.1 with NSX-OVS packages version 2.0.0b30176. We don't guarantee that other versions would work with MOS.
