asciidoc can't find its icons

Converting an asciidoc .txt to HTML per fetchmail's Makefile below misses the WARNING icon.

The icons are not in /etc/... but in /usr/share/asciidoc/icons/warning.png

This used to work in 12.04LTS

Is this still accurate with the latest version (8.6.9-5)?

I was not able to reproduce this with the latest release (8.6.9-5). I guess this has been fixe a while back.
