OOPS-622E108 Unable to Configure and Compile

Binary package hint: tintin++

Hello.
I am trying to install tintin++ in Ubuntu 6.06 I downloaded a few different copies of the install .tar.gz files. I was unable to configure the titnin++_1.97.1.orig.tar.gz from http://packages.ubuntu.com/gutsy/games/tintin++. I downloaded the copy from http://tintin.sourceforge.net/download.php, and was able to configure it, but there was no executable make file. I did this about 13 years ago in UNIX with no problems, but I understand that Ubuntu is not UNIX. I have been trying out GMud, which is a functional albiet somewhat limited mudclient, and would appreciate any help in getting tintin++ to run in Ubuntu.

Running `sudo apt-get install tintin++' should do you fine.

Thanks for the help. I was wondering if you could provide me with further assistance. I was able to successfully install the package. However I do not know where it was installed. I checked the log files at /var/log/dpkg.log and this is what it said.

The program seems to work, i just have no idea where it was installed to.
