Bug Description
For VMWare hypervisor, when attaching volumes you need to run explicitly command that discovers attached volume.
For example, we need explicitly run this command to discover volume:
# echo "- - -" > /sys/class/
or perform HARD Reboot. Which seems to be an overhead for provisioning workflow.

I don't know how/why this is a Trove issue ... I've never run this command or set of commands ...
I use vmware.
