We need to switch our 6.0 swarm tests to image-based provisioning form time to time
So we need some approach to easily enable image provisioning in all jobs via environment variable - IMAGE_PROVISIONING=true

We can add IMAGE_PROVISIONING variable to the 6.0.*runner job so it will be passed to all the triggered tests automatically.

Does it affects jobs weight? Any changes needed for slaves environment?

No, it won't affect jobs weight - it's just switching in tests from cobbler provisioning to image-based that will take even less time

I've added IMAGE_PROVISIONING=false to 6.0.system_test.swarm_runner job. You can change it when trigger the job manually.
